For the traineeship of the Gemeente Amsterdam we created and executed their recruitment campaign. The goal was to reach a broader audience, by making the content more diverse and inclusive. We chose to capture the magic that connects Gemeente Amsterdam and its team, with our beautiful city. In this campaign we showcase the passion and dedication of three former trainees, who work towards a brighter future for Amsterdam.
Withnthis campaign we reached a record of most applicants for the traineeship every with around 1.000 people applying.
